Quality Assurance

The ITS Project Management Office provides guidance and management of Quality Assurance processes to ensure that the products and services our projects deliver meet the required quality levels. We provide testing support and data metrics to help in analyzing the software projects in progress. The intention of QA is to act as virtual headlights for the project, highlighting the possible problem areas so the team can make informed decisions.

Some of the QA services offered by the PMO as part of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) are:

  • Customer requirements gathering focused on quality outcomes
  • Test strategy and test plan development
  • Test scenarios/test case creation
  • Quality metrics and defect reports for project deliverables
