"The Project Management Office provided the UConn Foundation with project management mentorship and coaching on an ambitious project to overhaul the Foundation's website in six months. The project involved the Foundation's Digital Marketing team working with the ITS Web Design Team and designers from a third-party consulting company. The ITS PMO team helped with project management best practices education, optimal use of Microsoft Project, and provided guidance during our weekly check-in meetings. With the PMO team's help, we were able to successfully finish the website on-time for the launch of the "Because of UConn" $1.5 Billion campaign, while also ensuring all University accessibility and branding guidelines were met.
